How soon after I'm engaged, should I book my venue?

The best venues book first! Don't delay scheduling your venue tours. What is available today may not be available tomorrow. It can be surprising to couples how fast dates book. Delays in scheduling tours can unfortunately leave you with fewer quality venues to choose from ultimately leaving the less than stellar or less popular venues as your only alternative.

Question 2

We're not engaged yet, can I still book my venue?

Accepted Answer

It's common for couples who are not officially engaged yet to book their venue first. They wait to make the engagement announcement later when they are ready but, at least they have their dream venue booked now!  You don't have to be officially engaged to book your venue. In fact we can be a big part of the proposal! Ask us how!

Question 3

We don't have a wedding date picked yet. Is this OK?

Absolutely, and it's actually a smart idea. Too many times couples get hung up on a date. Being flexible allows the venue to find you the best dates with the best rates!

Question 4

What if I need to cancel my tour?

Accepted Answer

No worries, just let us know that you need to cancel. We won't pressure you to reschedule. Letting us know that you need to cancel will be helpful so that we can open up your time slot to another sweet couple who are waiting to tour the venue.

Question 5

Can I bring friends and family to my tour?

Accepted Answer

Sure, however we like to limit the tour to just the decision makers. A large crowd can create interruptions and can be a distraction for our couples who are looking to book their venue

Are you an all inclusive venue?

Accepted Answer

All inclusive is a type of service which includes the coordinator, catering, entertainment/MC, set up and clean up as well as wait staff and other 5 star services. 
We would never advertise ourselves as an all inclusive venue. Most couples in this area are looking for a venue where they can BYOV, meaning you can bring your own vendors. An open vendor policy means you can be as creative as you like.
